1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sand77 website and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, colour games, fish shooting games, and the sand77 PKR wallet (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing sand77, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of sand77. sand77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to sand77 is strictly limited to natural persons who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are not residents of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited;
• Are not acting on behalf of a third party;
• Have not previously had a sand77 account closed for terms violations.

By registering at sand77, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. sand77 will verify your age and identity through a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process that requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and a matching selfie photograph. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one sand77 account. Creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, sand77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances, including winnings derived from gameplay on any duplicate account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your sand77 account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. sand77 will not be held liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You must notify sand77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. sand77 may temporarily suspend your account while investigating a reported security incident. You must ensure that your registered mobile number remains active at all times, as it is used for OTP verification and critical account communications.

sand77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to any other person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on sand77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sand77 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. sand77 reserves the right to modify the list of supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by sand77 and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are held in the same name as the verified sand77 account. Completed KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. sand77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests, in particular where transaction patterns indicate potential money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.

sand77 is not responsible for any delays in processing payments caused by third-party financial institutions, including mobile wallet providers or banks operating in Pakistan. Transaction processing times may vary and are subject to the operational schedules of the relevant payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

sand77 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the respective offer. These promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type.

sand77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time and to void bonus awards and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated betting systems.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on sand77 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are available within the Platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with these rules before placing bets. sand77 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game or betting rules.

sand77 uses Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for casino game outcomes. All games are sourced from established game providers and are subject to regular independent testing for fairness. sand77 cannot influence the outcome of any game.

For sports betting, all settlement decisions are final once markets are settled. sand77 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, incorrect odds publication, data feed errors, or match abandonment, in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sand77 and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, as well as potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or soft play;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is intended to facilitate money laundering;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 2;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Accessing sand77 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sand77 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and structural design, is the exclusive property of sand77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any sand77 content without prior written authorisation from sand77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sand77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or delays in payment processing.

sand77 makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of sand77 is entirely at your own risk.

sand77's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your sand77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
